I have a front tooth break off at the gum/ what would be involved in replacing it and what would the cost be
If the root is sound you may want to consider root canal treatment, a post and build-up, and a porcelain crown. This would cost about $2000. An implant would run about $3000, and a resin bonded bridge would be $1200-1500. A removable "flipper" would run about $200.

How much does fixing periodontal disease and do four filings? My periodontal disease is not really bad but my gums are starting to really hurt, and I need my whole mouth done. Also one of the filings needs to be replaced. I have dental insurance but I don't know if it will still be enough, right now my family is low income and we can't afford a lot but I feel I need to get this done before I lose all my teeth.
Make an appt. for a check-up and a thorough tooth cleaning. The hygienist may want to bring you back for a second visit--don't complain about this. In my office if the initial visit requires a lot of scaling my hygienist likes to wait a few weeks for the tissue to heal before rescaling and polishing. This may be enough. If not the hygienist may want to see you every 3 or 4 months. You'll have to pay for one cleaning a year. Dental insurance should cover 80% of the cost of fillings. Your initial out of pocket expenses shouldn't be more than $100-150. Know how much your dental insurance yearly maximum is. It's usually $1500-2000 but can be less.

WHAT IS THE COST OF A PONTIC PORCELAIN FUSED TO HNOB
AND RETAINER CM-PORC FUSED TO HI NOB WITH ANOTHER
PONTIC PORCELAIN FUSED TO HNOB
You are talking about crown and bridgework here. HNOB means "high nobel metal" which generally means some kind of gold content. Most dentists charge extra for gold content because of the high cost (about $1200 per ounce). Each unit, whether retainer or pontic will go about $975-1200. So, if you are getting a 3 unit bridge the cost will be $2925-3600. This would be for one missing tooth. Two teeth as retainers, one tooth (the missing one) as a pontic.

I have exactly 11 teeth in my mouth (4 on the top and 7 on the bottom). My face has changed drastically and I look so much older than my almost 59 years. What would it cost for bridge work. I have no dental insurance, but would be wiling to pay weekly. Thank you.
Definitely keep the bottom if at all possible. You are not going to be able to get bridgework on the top because there are not enough teeth. On the bottom it may be possible if the spacing is decent. They can't all be grouped together or be on one side. You may be able to get a partial denture on the top plus a few crowns. If you add implants this will raise the price significantly ($1200-1800 per implant). To get a reasonable result you are looking at $10,000-15,000 total if you are going to include crowns and bridges in your treatment plan.

June 28 I got a crown on #19. 2 weeks later the tooth abscessed & I had a root canal. I can't afford another crown. I think my only option is extraction. How much would an extraction be?
Thank you in advance.
A root canal can be done right through the crown. This is what you should do. No new crown. Don't try to take the crown off. It could cause more damage than making a small hole through the top of the crown to get access for the root canal. A molar root canal is about $1000. An extraction about $250--but you lose the tooth.

I have braces, but my two front teeth have always bothered me since childhood and still do. They still pertrude and i cannot close my mouth fully when relaxed and I was looking to get them extracted and replaced by dental implants. What would be the cost of this?
No,no,no,no and NO. If you really hate these two teeth you can place crowns on them. In order to move them back sufficiently you may have to have root canal treatment done on them. I have done this with a few patients and the results were very nice. The root canals are very easy to do so don't let the prospect of having these procedures frighten you into having the teeth removed. Even if you take them out you are still dealing with a certain amount of space. Your implants may end up looking just like the teeth you had removed. Root canals and crowns would be about $3500. Implants and crowns about $6000.

I currently have a crown on the second from last tooth in the back of my mouth on the bottom from a root canal I since then have had pain for the past since I had it done a year and a half ago I wanted to know approx how much I would be to have the crown removed and tooth pulled.
Have you been back to the dentist who did the crown? If not, then go back. It could be something as simple as the crown being too high. If you have a fracture in the tooth and it has to come out it would cost $175-300 under local anesthesia. Root canal treated teeth are more difficult to take out because they have a tendency to fracture. If it has to be remove in a few pieces the cost will go up a little.
